MELISSA CAMPBELL

Assistant Project Manager

Ms. Campbell serves as an assistant project manager in B&D’s Atlanta office. She leverages her experiences in real estate development, urban revitalization, and passion for community development. During a high school summer work assignment with her local hospital’s facilities and real estate department, she engaged in the planning and implementation of a 35,000-square-foot Emergency Care Center. She was selected to participate in Challenge Detroit, a collaborative urban revitalization and professional leadership fellowship in Detroit, MI. Additionally, she worked with Rock Ventures LLC, committed to investing in the people and communities in Detroit and Cleveland. During her experience with Rock Ventures, she engaged in economic and real estate development, marketing and communications, philanthropy and government relations. She also worked with the Bedrock Real Estate Services team, addressing commercial and residential real estate needs in Downtown Detroit. Prior to joining B&D, Ms. Campbell was a community relations specialist with the Detroit Land Bank Authority coordinating citywide community development initiatives and marketing efforts during significant economic development and stabilization for the city. After graduating with a B.A. in Pre-Law: Political Science and Business Management from Oakwood University, she received an M.P.S in Real Estate Finance and Real Estate Development from Georgetown University. With her background, she brings an attentive perspective to clients and projects she works on.
