Assistant Project Manager

Megan Pierce is an assistant project manager focusing on large-scale modernization of Washington, D.C.’s public schools. Prior to D&B, Megan was a Development Associate at The Shooshan Company (TSC), a commercial real estate developer in Arlington, Virginia. At TSC, Megan managed both a commercial office building a regional university and 265,000sqft, market-rate apartment building. Megan has a background in site plan compliance to achieve necessary building and occupancy permits in addition to developing RFP’s, managing contractors and executing contracts. Megan holds an undergraduate degree in Urban Planning and Public Policy from Rutgers University and a Masters’ Degree in Sustainable Urban Planning from George Washington University.
