Kayla Anthony, AICP

Director

Ms. Anthony is a director in B&D’s Washington, DC office. She earned her master’s degree in community planning from the University of Maryland, College Park and graduated summa cum laude from the University of Alabama with a bachelor’s degree in communications. Prior to joining B&D, she was awarded a graduate assistantship with the Maryland Environmental Trust, where she worked to pass tax credit legislation in the Maryland General Assembly. Simultaneously, she interned with the zoning office in Arlington County, Virginia, gaining insight into site plan analysis and by-right plan review.
