Senior Consultant

Ms. Fasano joined B&D in 2013 after 37 years as a partner in the Cornyn Fasano Group, Inc. She has provided foodservice management advisory services for clients in a variety of industry segments including K-12, higher education, business and industry, cultural, and recreation.

As a food consultant, Ms. Fasano has assisted clients with self-operated foodservice as well as contract operated. Her 400+ projects have included operational assessments, strategic planning, request for proposals/contractor selection; and pre-design programming with both college and university dining services, as well as noncommercial foodservice management consulting.
