Project Manager

Mr. Smith is a project manager with B&D. He has amassed more than 11 years of experience leading and supporting construction activities for large multi-million-dollar municipal, federal, and commercial projects. Mr. Smith’s leadership and team management skills have contributed to successful projects for Austin Independent School District Facilities ($4.5B Master Plan), DeKalb County School District ($550M Capital Improvement Program), as well as the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) and many other clients prior to joining Brailsford & Dunlavey. As an innovative thinker looking for the best solutions, Mr. Smith has developed new methodologies for many of his complex assignments. He has a broad and wide-ranging understanding of planning, design, construction, and operations that has been developed through experiences with infrastructure and facility upgrades, PK-12 school modernizations and new construction, office and data center construction, Critical Facility Support System improvement programs, and sports stadium design-build improvement projects among others.
