Senior Project Manager

Ms. Brangman is a senior project manager in B&D's Washington, DC office. She possesses over 10 years of combined construction and architectural experience, including serving as a project manager with The Whiting-Turner Contracting Company, and as director of project management and construction administration with Marshall Moya Design. She has accrued expertise on new construction and renovation projects in the public and private realms, ranging from residential to commercial to mixed-use buildings. Highlights include: Part of B&D's program management team overseeing a $3.2 billion effort to modernize Washington, DC's public schools. Executed construction management and administration services for projects up to 200,000 square feet. Developed and implemented team standards and processes that created a more efficient and through set of Construction Documents. Introduced and managed a process to deliver detailed Design Development drawings required for Design-Build deliveries, resulting in more accurate early estimation of project costs in order to establish the Guaranteed Maximum Price.
