Project Analyst

Ms. Dannah Strauss joined B&D’s dining team in 2017 with an enthusiastic passion for collegiate level dining programs. With a BA in Food, Culture, & Sustainability from Bucknell University, Dannah brings her knowledge of food trends, demands, and analytical insights to the forefront of B&D’s projects. Dannah’s previous positions in food service include working for Parkhurst Dining Services and the Scripps Network. In her advisory role, Dannah tackles dining master plans, contractor procurement processes, and market research for B&D’s diverse set of clients.
