Mr. Mykins has over 24 years of experience in the design and construction industry. Since joining Brailsford & Dunlavey in 2005, he has served as project executive on various high-profile planning and implementation assignments. His proven track record of successfully delivering complex and fast-track projects through multiple delivery methods–including construction management at risk and design-build— enables him to provide a unique perspective throughout the entire project development process. Mr. Mykins spent his early career as a design architect with HOK Sport (now Populous) and transitioned to construction management with Barton Malow, where he served as senior project manager focusing on design-build project delivery.
