Project Analyst

Mr. Hartley serves as a project analyst in B&D's Boston office. He first became interested in urban planning in high school, and further developed his interest in the intersection between real estate and community development while enrolled in the Masters in City Planning program at the University of Pennsylvania School of Design, where he focused his studies on planning and community and economic development. After graduating, he took a job with HR&A, working on projects in real estate and program development. At B&D, he brings an expansive perspective to both planning and development assignments.
